What is the job?
As a Loyalty Campaign Coordinator, you’ll support Regal’s fast‑paced Crown Club loyalty marketing team by helping deliver engaging, personalized email campaigns to millions of moviegoers. This role is central to keeping members informed, excited, and connected to the Regal experience through timely promotions, targeted messaging, and compelling content.
You’ll collaborate with teams across marketing, film, food & beverage, technology, customer relations, and external partners to coordinate weekly campaigns, manage assets, track performance, and support loyalty program initiatives. This temporary role offers hands‑on experience in digital marketing, CRM operations, and campaign execution within a dynamic entertainment environment.
What will you be doing?
- Coordinate weekly Regal Crown Club email campaigns, including content assembly, QA testing, and proofreading.
- Pull targeted audience lists and manage campaign assets such as creative files, copy, and translations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support integrated loyalty marketing initiatives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support loyalty program activities, promotions, member screenings, and operational needs across the team.
About you
- Bring education or experience in marketing, communications, business, or digital marketing, ideally with exposure to CRM or email campaigns.
- Have strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Be comfortable working with data, reports, and marketing metrics to support campaign analysis.
- Collaborate effectively across teams while managing multiple deadlines in a fast‑moving environment.
- Possess basic technical skills in Microsoft Office, email/CRM platforms, and light Photoshop, with a willingness to learn more.
