Key Responsibilities
- Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.
- Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Participate in time studies, workflow analysis, and data collection to support production improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Production, and etc.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and identifying root causes.
- Create and update documentation such as engineering change orders (ECOs) and technical reports.
- Support implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.
- Perform other engineering-related tasks and projects as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
- Manual dexterity to handle small components and operate equipment.
