Job Overview
We are hiring a 2nd Shift Production Operator for our snack food and nut manufacturing facility. Training will be on 1st shift before moving to 2nd shift. Pay during Training is $18 then when you move to 2nd the pay goes up to $19 hourly.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment
- Follow food safety and quality standards
- Complete basic paperwork and lot tracking
- Inspect product for quality
- Keep work area clean
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Stand for 8 hours
- Lift 25 lbs.
- Basic math and attention to detail
- Able to follow directions
- Comfortable with tablets (Android)
- Good handwriting
Preferred (Not Required)
- Food manufacturing experience
- GMP / HACCP knowledge
Work Environment
- Food and nut facilities (no nut allergies)
- Hairnet and PPE required
- Good personal hygiene required
