Kilian Manufacturing, part of Regal Rexnord, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate – Stockroom & Receiving to support our manufacturing operations in Syracuse, NY.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials, components, and inventory move accurately and efficiently throughout the facility. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has experience with inventory control, material handling, forklift operation, and stockroom activities.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials, components, and inventory move accurately and efficiently throughout the facility. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has experience with inventory control, material handling, forklift operation, and stockroom activities.
What You'll Do
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and components
- Move materials throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment
- Accurately perform inventory transactions in SAP and other computer systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stockroom practices
- Pull and deliver materials to support production schedules
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Maintain written and electronic records of material movement
- Assist shipping, receiving, assembly, and other departments as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, stockroom, receiving, or material handling experience
- Ability to safely lift up to 60 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Good math skills, including basic calculations and counting
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Forklift experience and/or certification
- SAP experience or experience with inventory management/ERP systems
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and stockroom operations
- Shipping and receiving experience
