Job description:
The Customer Service Sales Specialist oversees the daily execution of customer service and commercial activities across the full quote-to-cash cycle. This role supervises a team of Customer Service Specialists and ensures accurate, timely processing of RFQs, quotations, orders, and customer communications while maintaining strong cross-functional alignment with Sales, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Quality.
This position plays a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, commercial excellence, and continuous improvement by enforcing process discipline, resolving escalations, and supporting inside sales growth

Key Responsibiliti
- esLead, coach, and prioritize daily activities for the Customer Service tea
- m.Ensure accurate execution of RFQ, quotation, order entry, and post-sales processe
- s.Oversee pricing accuracy, margin compliance, and commercial approval
- s.Serve as the escalation point for complex customer and delivery issue
- s.Coordinate closely with Sales, Planning, Production, and Logistics on order status and risk
- s.Track and report KPIs related to service performance, conversion rates, and backlog healt
