We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Clinic Director-BCBA to lead our ABA clinical teams, including BCBAs, RBTs, and support staff. The Clinical Director plays a key strategic role in shaping culture, ensuring clinical integrity, developing leaders, and driving meaningful client outcomes.

Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Oversight
- Provide direct leadership, mentorship, and performance management to BCBAs and RBTs.
- Maintain a reduced clinical caseload, delivering high-quality ABA services and modeling best practices. 1
- Ensure treatment plans meet clinical integrity standards and align with evidence-based ABA principles.
- Initiate, submit, and manage insurance authorization requests, including initial, reauthorization, and continued care requests, ensuring all required clinical documentation is accurate and timely
- Monitor clinical outcomes and ensure clients make meaningful, measurable progress toward individualized goals.
- Audit documentation, data collection, and treatment plan fidelity.
Billing, Productivity & Administrative Expectations
- Maintain a minimum of 30 billable hours per week, inclusive of direct clinical services
- Allocate a minimum of 10 hours per week to administrative and leadership responsibilities
Supervision, Compliance, & Utilization
- Ensure all BCBAs provide supervision in compliance with BACB, state, and payer requirements.
- Ensure RBTs consistently meet required supervision hours, and verify all supervision is tracked and documented accurately.
- Monitor billable requirements and ensure BCBAs and RBTs are consistently meeting or exceeding productivity expectations.
- Optimize labor utilization by ensuring efficient schedules, appropriate session coverage, and balanced caseload distribution.
Leadership, Culture, & Team Development
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, psychological safety, and respect.
- Lead team meetings, clinical trainings, and professional development initiatives.
- Serve as a role model of ethical behavior, clear communication, and client-centered care.
- Accountability & Performance Management
Client Outcomes & Family Experience 3
- Support parent training, caregiver collaboration, and ongoing communication regarding client progress.
- Ensure treatment is individualized, culturally responsive, and data-driven.
Operational Collaboration
- Partner with VP of Operations on staffing, scheduling, caseload growth, and clinic efficiency.
- Assist Operational Leadership with recruitment, training, and retention of clinical staff.
- Collaborate on process improvement, system optimization, and organization-wide initiatives.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification and state licensure (in good standing)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience with multidisciplinary teams and diverse populations preferred
- Strong understanding of ABA best practices, ethical standards, productivity metrics, and utilization strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to balance clinical excellence with operational and organizational goals.

Salary : $95,000 - $100,000
