Warehouse Associate

Job Brief

We are searching for a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This position will be responsible for ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, following safety procedures, and maintaining efficient production workflows. This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to be an integral part of our production line.

Hours are standard business hours, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assembly & Production: Assemble, install, and check product parts, following specifications and using the appropriate tools.
• Machine Operation: Safely operate machinery and ensure machines are set up properly.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
• Maintenance: Perform basic preventive maintenance on production equipment and report any malfunction to the supervisor.
• Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for oneself and fellow employees.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production, including quantity, type, and any notable occurrences during the production process.
• Collaboration: Work with other team members to ensure efficient production workflow.

We Offer

• $16.50 - 17.50 / hr, depending on experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role preferred.
• Familiarity with the use of hand tools and production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Commitment to safety and ethical standards.
