Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent/Concierge to join our team at Regal Entertainment Group. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless transactions, and promoting our premium viewing experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving any issues efficiently.
- Premium Viewing Experience: Upsell/suggestive sell Premium Viewing Experiences (3D, RPX, IMAX) to enhance the overall movie-going experience.
- Concession Operations: Operate, prepare, and clean all concession-related equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Point of Sale: Operate the POS system with accuracy and efficiency, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
- Ticketing and Seating: Tear tickets, collect and deposit appropriate stubs, and direct patrons to their auditoriums when necessary, while maintaining crowd control and assisting guests in finding seats.
