Heavy Civil Equipment Operator
Regal Construction LLC was formed in 2019 providing excavation and grading for clients throughout the Kansas City Metro area. The company is built on nearly 50 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. We are seeking professionals to add to our team culture of respect, safety, integrity, and pride in executing profitable projects.

Regal is a Women Owned Business and is a certified WBE with KCMO. We are a growing company and all equipment used on projects is rented and climate controlled. We primarily use Caterpillar equipment on our projects.

Responsibilities

- Experienced in operating large Heavy Equipment in a safe manner (scrapers, blades, dozers, excavators and loaders)

- Ability to read plans and survey stakes

- Experienced with finish grading without GPS ( /- 0.1 ft)

- Ability to work with a team and take direction to meet project goals

- Reliable transportation to and from job site

- Physically able to perform light labor as projects require

- Independent worker, able to understand and execute work without constant supervision

Desired Experience/Qualifications

- 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment (dozer, excavator, motor grader, etc.).

- 5 years of earthwork experience (fine grading with and without GPS, etc).

- OSHA 10 hour or OSHA 30 hour safety training required

- High School Education or GED.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
