We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Representatives.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers and help guide them from their first inquiry through the purchase of their next vehicle.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and providing a friendly, no-pressure experience
- Communicating with customers by phone, text, email, and in person
- Helping customers through the application and qualification process
- Explaining the requirements and steps to purchase a vehicle from Regal
- Helping customers select a vehicle that fits their needs
- Responding to online leads and customer inquiries
- Scheduling customer appointments
- Following up with prospective customers
- Maintaining your customer database in our company CRM
- Completing customer paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Working with your teammates to provide an excellent customer experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For
Previous automotive sales experience is NOT required.
We're looking for people who:
- Enjoy talking with and helping people
- Have strong communication skills
- Are dependable and organized
- Are comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and face-to-face
- Can manage leads, appointments, and customer follow-up
- Have a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Are willing to learn and grow with the company
- Have a valid state-issued driver's license and a good driving record
- Are available to work a 40-hour workweek
