Regal Brands has an opportunity available for a Full-Time Packager and Order Picker. This position has an hourly range of $19.50-$22.25 an hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The Workweek for this position Full-Time, (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday from 7:00am – 3:30pm. This position will work on-site at our facility near I-70 and Monaco.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Regal Brands family of companies produce decorative hardware products ranging from vintage interior handle sets to hinges and cabinet hardware, representing a wide range of styles and décor. Our picking packager and order pickers are responsible for:

• Picking parts for product assembly of custom doorknobs, cabinet handles, and other home décor hardware.
• Packaging doorknobs.
• Verifying product SKUs and quantities before packaging.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assembling boxes.
• Supporting general warehouse tasks such as cleaning, stocking, disposing of packaging waste, and other tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Troubleshooting issues with inventory discrepancies.
• Communicating the needs of the department to the supervisor.

Who we are seeking in an applicant:

We are happy to train a motivated individual for this position, warehouse experience is preferred but not necessary. Other qualifications we are looking for include:

• Ability to use an Ipad to scan barcodes and keep track of orders.
• Must be able to bend, twist, push and pull carts weighing an excess of 100lbs and lift 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must have a high attention to detail and have excellent organizational skills.
• Must be comfortable working with business operating software.
• Reliability and dependability.
• Must have a positive attitude, support business initiatives, and actively participate in training.
• Ability to work in hot & cold environment.
• Good math, reading, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience participating and contributing through involvement with teams.
• Ability to work under the pressure of a high-volume production environment.
