What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential House Cleaner position at Regal Boy?
I am in the process of completing a move to Myrtle Beach (zip code 29572).
Except in the beginning, I anticipate I will need you about every two weeks or so.
In the beginning , I am going to need a substantial additional block of time because there will be significant work to unpack, organize, straighten out, clean, file, set up, etc. It may even require a second person.
For this beginning work, I would need to be present to explain exactly what needs to be done. I am generally around to do that ,but I do need to travel out of town once (maybe twice) for a few days every month.
I am looking for someone who is flexible in their availability, as well as what they are willing to do, including tasks that may not be traditional house cleaner tasks, because I never know what needs might arise for me.
It may require occasional local travel to a store, etc.
I am looking for a motivated, yet easygoing person, who can go with the flow, works efficiently, and most importantly has common sense, and I would generally prefer you work when I am at home.
I have a 10 lb., 10-year-old dog, who is very sweet.
I would need to know what your general weekly availability is, and if there is anything that might change that availability, because I would want someone who has some flexibility in when they could work and I am looking for someone long term.
You MUST have a car and a cell phone and you should live relatively close to me.
The job pays hourly and I have listed the hourly range of rates in my post. If you answer, you should tell me what rate is acceptable to you.
