Regal Behavior Solutions provides high-quality, evidence-based solutions derived from the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Our services include skill acquisition programming, interventions to reduce challenging behaviors, and staff and caregiver training to support positive outcomes. We also offer consultations to schools, companies, and other human service agencies, as well as remote supervision for students working towards board certification in behavior analysis.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst located in Florissant, MO. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, providing parent education and support, and overseeing the work of behavior technicians. Daily tasks also include data collection and analysis, conducting functional behavior assessments, and coordinating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

- Knowledge and experience in Psychology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ability to relocate or commute to Florissant, MO
