Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers through several forms of communication: inbound & outbound phone calls, text, email, etc.
- Recording customer information in CRM
- Build report and set appointments for service staff
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance of yourself and work areas
- Work with the team to accomplish goals and complete tasks.
Requirements:
- Flexible schedule to include evenings and/or weekends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer & phone skills
- Positive attitude
- Customer service oriented
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must be reliable.
- Must submit to a drug screen and background check.
- Must have a clean and valid driver’s license.
