Service Advisor – Kia Service Department

As we proudly celebrate 50 years of serving Polk County, Regal Kia is entering an exciting new chapter with the construction of a brand-new, state-of-the-art Kia service facility. To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our expanding service team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist service customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Accurately write repair orders and clearly explain recommended services
- Serve as the liaison between customers and technicians
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the service process
- Promote customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Qualifications:
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-first mindset with a professional appearance
- Driven, motivated, and results-oriented
- Clean and valid driver’s license required
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
