Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Nurse for IV vitamin/hydration therapy to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this vital role, you will deliver IV hydration/vitamin therapy services, including vitamin IM shots, initiating tele-health good faith exams, and patient assessment both in office and client homes. Your nursing expertise will ensure safe, efficient, and personalized care for patients requesting infusion treatments. Responsibilities
- Administer intravenous (IV) infusions, injections, and medications accurately following established protocols and aseptic techniques.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history review, and physiological evaluations to determine appropriate infusion plans.
- Monitor patients during infusion procedures, and responding promptly to adverse reactions or complications.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR), ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Educate patients about their infusion treatments, including potential side effects, post-care instructions, and medication follow up.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to coordinate care plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Candidates should possess experience in various clinical environments such as hospital medicine, outpatient clinics, or long-term care facilities. Prior exposure to critical care settings—including ICU or Level I/II trauma centers—is highly desirable. Strong IV insertion skills is highly preferred. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated proficiency in medical-surgical nursing, emergency room procedures, ICU/critical care or home health. Additional valuable skills include knowledge of infection control protocols, Applicants should bring a strong foundation in anatomy knowledge, physiology assessment skills, medication administration expertise—including injections—and the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations across inpatient and outpatient settings.
