We are expanding rapidly across Central and South Florida, and we’re seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to strengthen our sales performance and help scale our business development operations.
Position Overview
The Sales Enablement Manager will play a key role in developing and executing programs that empower our sales and business development teams to perform at their highest level.
This position bridges Sales, Marketing, and Operations — ensuring our team members have the tools, content, and training they need to close deals efficiently and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage onboarding and training programs for sales and business development staff.
- Create sales playbooks, proposal templates, presentations, and reference materials tailored to target markets (HOAs, commercial properties, education, and hospitality sectors).
- Work closely with leadership to align sales processes and ensure consistency in messaging, proposals, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain and improve the CRM system and other sales tools to enhance reporting, lead tracking, and forecasting accuracy.
- Partner with Marketing to ensure brand consistency across all client-facing materials.
- Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and performance metrics to identify training or process improvement opportunities.
- Support RFPs and proposals by standardizing templates, competitive data, and success stories.
- Lead internal workshops and team sessions to reinforce best practices and share success models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or business development.
- Background in security, facilities, or service-based industries is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective sales training and enablement content.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to collaborate across departments.
- Experience with CRM tools, analytics, and reporting (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics).
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for improving sales performance and client engagement.
