Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage appointment scheduling using salon management software, coordinating with stylists and staff
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly with excellent phone etiquette, providing information and booking inquiries
- Handle client check-in/check-out processes efficiently, including processing payments and updating client records
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area, including filing client information and updating schedules
- Support office management tasks such as inventory tracking
- Assist with clerical duties like data entry, light cleaning, and managing calendars for staff appointments
Qualification
- Proven experience in office management or front desk roles within a service-oriented environment a plus
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in salon management software (we can train)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated customer service expertise with professional phone reception and client communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining professionalism at all times
