Position Overview:
This is our entry level position within the Survivor Made organization and is designed to begin the pathway to career readiness. The Product Associate will be an on-the-job learning experience where employees will be exposed to various aspects of the product assembly and retail process in addition to having specific responsibilities for production.
Your team contribution:
The Product Associate is the most vital piece of the Survivor Made puzzle. This position is responsible for the production of items that we sell. This role, and the employees’ attention to detail, is pivotal to how the Survivor Made (and Refuge for Women) brand is seen out in the public space.

PRODUCTION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow all SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for the assembly of each product.
- Pop-up shop prep, set up and restock
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases at pop-up shops
- Process orders from receipt to delivery
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop displays.
- Restock and arrange products on shelves.
- Learn about the brand’s mission and communicate it clearly.
- Assist with inventory counts and basic product quality checks.
CAREER READINESS RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend and participate in career readiness classes
- May move into leadership and training new employees with progression and longevity in the program
Skills & Qualifications
- 90 days completion of Refuge for Women Restoration Program
- Has met all the qualifications according to the Survivor Made Readiness Assessment (to be completed by program staff with assistance from counselor or primary recovery support team)
- No infractions or disciplinary actions in the past 60-90 days as determined by the Restoration Program Director
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions
