Working Hours: This position requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Weekly hours will vary depending on business needs.

Job Summary: The Crew Member delivers a high-quality guest experience by preparing and serving food in a clean, safe, and efficient environment while demonstrating Krystal’s Core Values. This role focuses on product quality, cleanliness, teamwork, and providing “WOW” hospitality to every guest.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare food products according to approved Krystal procedures, specifications, and quality standards
• Adhere to approved food holding times, temperatures, and safe food-handling practices
• Package food using approved Krystal containers, lids, and bags
• Deliver “WOW” hospitality through friendly, attentive, and enthusiastic guest service
• Maintain proper uniform and professional appearance at all times
• Follow all approved cash-handling and security procedures
• Communicate positively with guests, teammates, and managers
• Accept coaching and work collaboratively as part of a team
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food prep areas, equipment, and utensils
• Ensure lobby, front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, storage areas, restrooms, and exterior areas remain clean and organized
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support restaurant operations

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

An ideal candidate will have experience with or understanding of:

• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and follow company procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Education and Experience:

An ideal candidate will have the following education and experience:

• Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience.
• On-the-job training is provided for all new team members.

Working environment and physical requirements:

• Must be 16 years or older to apply
• Must be able to stand during the entire work shift.
• Must be able to work in a cooler at a temperature of 35 degrees for up to 30 minutes.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to tolerate gas fumes and cleaning products.
• Must be able to climb a ladder to clean windows.

Travel: Must be able to travel up to 10%
