RefrigiWear is looking for a full-time Replenishment Lead. This position is responsible for overseeing daily replenishment activities to ensure pick locations are fully
stocked, accurate, and organized to meet operational demand. This role coordinates and assigns tasks to team members, monitors productivity, and enforces safety and quality standards. Working closely with Inventory Control, Receiving, and Shipping, the Replenishment Lead supports efficient warehouse flow, drives continuous improvement, and maintains compliance with FIFO requirements. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager. Hours are M-F, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Overtime will be required during our busy season.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate daily replenishment activities to maintain accurate stock levels in pick locations.
- Assign and monitor team tasks to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance, lot code tracking, and inventory accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, or other equipment safely.
- Review WMS replenishment reports and adjust priorities as needed.
- Collaborate with Inventory Control, Receiving, and Shipping teams to support operational flow.
- Communicate inventory status, risks, and recommendations to management in a clear and timely manner.
- Train and support team members in replenishment processes and safety standards.
- Assist with cycle counts, audits, and physical inventory activities.
- Promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve replenishment efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- 2-3 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, replenishment processes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, solve problems quickly, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and supporting cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to train, coach, and lead team members in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
