RefrigiWear is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Distribution team as Seasonal Picker/Packers. This full-time seasonal opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and contributing in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Our Distribution team plays an essential role in making sure our customers receive the products they need, accurately and on time.
What You'll Do
- Pick products for customer orders using pick tickets and an RF scanner
- Move completed orders to designated staging areas
- Verify item and order accuracy
- Scan and open orders in the warehouse system
- Select and assemble appropriately sized cartons
- Scan, pack, and prepare items for shipment
- Lift and move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds
- Operate a pallet jack as needed
- Assist with loading completed pallets for freight shipment
- Help the Distribution team meet daily production and shipping deadlines
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
- Ability to stand for the duration of an eight-hour shift
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 60 pounds
- Willingness to work overtime when business needs require it
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, RF scanner, or receiving experience is helpful
- Forklift experience is preferred but not required
