As we grow our digital presence, we're looking for a passionate content creator who can bring our brand story to life online and help us connect authentically with the communities we serve.

The Role

We're looking for an upbeat, community-driven Social Media Content Creator to join our team in Anaheim. This is a behind-the-camera, hands-on content role — you'll be on our production floor, at job sites, and at industry events, capturing and crafting content that resonates with the trades and manufacturing world. You'll own our social channels, help run our Ambassador Program, and lead our "Tech of the Month" feature while bringing your creative energy to everything you produce.

What You'll Do

• Develop, film, and edit engaging short- and long-form content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube

•  Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes to keep our content fresh and effective

•  Build and nurture our online community — respond to comments, engage with followers, and represent the RT brand with energy and authenticity

•  Lead and manage the Refrigeration Technologies Ambassador Program, coordinating with brand advocates to create community-driven content

•  Produce and publish our recurring "Tech of the Month" feature, spotlighting industry professionals and our products in action

•  Support general marketing administration tasks as needed (scheduling, asset management, reporting)

•  Travel occasionally to photo/video shoots, trade shows, and industry conferences

•  Collaborate with our in-office team on campaign ideation, product launches, and content calendars

What we are looking for

• 1–3 years of experience creating social media content, ideally in a trades, manufacturing, or technical industry environment

•  Hands-on experience filming and editing video content for short-form and long-form platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube)

•  Deep understanding of social media trends, platform best practices, and community-building strategies

•  A natural communicator who genuinely enjoys engaging with an online audience and building real relationships

•  Upbeat, enthusiastic, and self-motivated — someone who brings positive energy to the team and to our channels

•  Comfortable on a production floor or in a trade environment (prior experience in HVACR, manufacturing, or skilled trades is a big plus)

•  Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

•  Willingness to travel occasionally for content capture and industry events

Bonus Points

•  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom)

•  Experience as a photographer or videographer who can double as a one-person production crew

•  Familiarity with HVACR and the mechanical trades
