RSCS HVAC Refrigeration Technician - Water Treatment Focus

RSCS is a Full-Service Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Construction and Service company, servicing 10 states across the western USA and in business for over 25 years We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Commercial HVAC Service Technician with Water Treatment to join our team. This is not an entry-level position — only candidates with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration with Water Treatment experience will be considered.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Refrigeration Technician with Water Treatment Experience
• Proficient in:
• Water Treatment as it applies to refrigeration equipment and HVAC
• Replacing mechanical seals on pumps and compressors
• Leak Detection
• Performing motor alignments
• Diagnosing and working with electrical systems and controls
• Troubleshooting and servicing multiple brands of equipment and control systems
• Understanding refrigeration systems (not residential or commercial-only experience)
• Capable of:
• Working independently in client facilities
• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment when operators cannot
  

Ideal Candidate Qualities

• Experienced in both commercial and industrial refrigeration
• Self-motivated, hands-on, and a self-starter
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with travel and participating in an on-call rotation
