Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and efficient Non-CDL Truck Driver to join our team for the 2nd shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods and materials, maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a non-CDL commercial vehicle safely and in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle inspections, and hours worked.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
- Load and unload cargo as needed, ensuring it is secured properly.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
- Strong knowledge of local driving laws and regulations.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
