We’re growing and currently searching for an Experienced Service Technician to support our expanding customer base throughout Western North Carolina.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The right technician will be confident working independently and committed to delivering the kind of service that makes customers say, “Send that person back every time.”
You’ll be responsible for:
- Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial refrigeration equipment and ice machines.
- Completing detailed service reports, work orders, and recommendations using our digital dispatching tools.
- Communicating clearly with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Participating in ongoing training, technical development, and team coaching.
- Supporting our weekly on-call rotation, responding to urgent service needs (and earning those overtime opportunities).
- Maintaining a clean driving record, professional appearance, and safety-first mindset.
- Living in—or relocating to—Western North Carolina.
If you’re earlier in your career, we also offer apprentice and maintenance tech pathways.

Compensation & Benefits
- $28–$34 /hr based on experience, with guaranteed 40 hours per week.
