Retail Merchandiser (FT, Quincy and Hannibal)

Join Our Team as a Merchandiser!
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are well-stocked, organized, and presented in an appealing manner. This position involves working closely with store management and other team members to maintain inventory levels, assist with product displays, and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.

What You'll Do:

• Stock product on store shelves and in displays using a 2-wheel cart or pallet jack
• Rotate inventory to ensure freshness (newest product placed at the back/bottom)
• Build standard and seasonal displays according to guidelines
• Maintain clean, organized displays and report damaged equipment
• Return empty cartons and damaged products to the plant
• Work closely with store personnel and supervisors to support merchandising plans
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record
• Strong customer service skills and a team-first mindset
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Comfortable working in all types of environments (hot, cold, indoor, outdoor)
• Experience using a pallet jack or 2-wheel cart (a plus)
