Refresh Specializes In Vacant Apartment Repaints, Which Means

Required Skills & Responsibilities

• Inspect work areas, review scope, and request change orders when needed
• Minor drywall repair (patching holes, dents, imperfections)
• Cut and roll walls and ceilings
• Paint trim, doors, and frames
• Cabinet painting with proper prep and finish
• Repainting units to Refresh standards
• Color changes with proper coverage and prep
• Large drywall repair/replacement (a plus, not required)
  
  

Pay

Painters typically earn $150–$300 per day, depending on speed, quality, and consistency.

Your earnings are based on productivity, so motivated painters earn more.
