We’re looking for motivated, confident, and competitive individuals who want to make real money knocking on doors and booking jobs. (residential & commercial opportunities)
This is NOT an hourly “show up and collect a paycheck” job.
This is for people who are comfortable talking to homeowners, handling rejection, and getting paid for results.
Compensation (Performance Pays):

- This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential.
- Earn 10% – 25% commission on every job you sell.
- Typical jobs range from $250 – $800
Example:
Sell 3 jobs in a day
→ $750 – $2,400 revenue generated
→ $75 – $600 earned that day
→ $750 – $2,400 revenue generated
→ $75 – $600 earned that day
Top reps can make $800 – $1,800 per week.
It's simple -> The more you sell, the more you make.

- Knocking on doors in residential neighborhoods
- Introducing homeowners to our services
- Booking window, solar, and gutter cleaning appointments
- Representing the company professionally
- Generating new business and leads
- Contacting businesses/ commercial property managers & winning window cleaning contracts
