Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Sign-on Bonus $2,500
Essential Responsibilities Of An Expanded Functions Dental AssistantÂ
Assists doctors which includes but is not limited to charting, placement of fillings, operatory set/clean up, and patient education.
Able to perform expanded duties following state regulations and compliance.
Assists in clinical procedures and treatments such as placing amalgam fillings, adaptation of temporary crowns, removing surgical sutures, and applying topical fluoride treatments. Limitations due apply per state requirements.
Records and reviews patient health history and chart entries under the doctor's direction and assures completion of forms and signatures in dental software.
Assists the dentist in the management of medical and dental emergencies.
Provides postoperative instructions prescribed by the dentist.
Maintains the cleanliness of the dental practice both in and outside the dental practice.
Smiling from Open to Close (Pay Rate $28.00-30.00 per hour)
Monday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesday: 11:00pm - 7:00pm
Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
