What You’ll Do
As a Patient Coordinator, you are the heart of the clinic experience. You are often the first and last impression, and you play a huge role in how our clients feel about their journey with us.
- Welcome and connect with clients to create a comfortable, positive experience
- Educate clients on treatments, services, and membership options
- Help guide clients toward the right solutions for their goals
- Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and daily clinic flow
- Work closely with providers to ensure every visit feels seamless
- Contribute to a positive, team-driven environment
- Consistently work toward personal and team goals
