As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our plant leadership team to recruit, retain, develop, and motivate high-quality employees.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Daily management of all HR-related issues at the production location
- Ensuring comprehensive understanding and adherence to all HR policies and procedures
- Providing a progressive, best-practice service to all managers at the production location
- Developing and implementing consistent frameworks of employment standards
- Establishing departmental performance standards and objectives
You will also be responsible for:
- Sourcing and developing external partnerships with vendors such as recruitment agencies
- Managing payroll functions and ensuring timely delivery of all necessary files
- Delivering direction to the Human Resources admin and ensuring HR administrative tasks are executed in a timely and complete manner
- Training supervisors and managers on Manager Self-Service features
- Acting as a first point of contact for all benefits-related questions
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and HRIS
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Demonstrated professional success in payroll administration, recruitment, and employee relations
- Able to speak effectively with all levels of management
We offer a competitive pay range of $99k - $110k, plus eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Salary : $99,000 - $110,000
