ReforMedicine is growing and redefining how healthcare is delivered. We are a direct pay family practice and medical weight loss clinic focused on simple, transparent, patient-first care. We are hiring a Patient Experience Specialist to support our expanding team across Eau Claire, Menomonie, and Lake Hallie locations. Candidates should be open to working across these locations, with placement based on best fit.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first and lasting impression for patients, delivering a welcoming and high-quality experience
• Greet and check in patients while ensuring efficient and accurate workflows
• Schedule appointments, coordinate follow-ups, and manage provider availability
• Answer calls, respond to patient messages, and communicate clearly across phone and electronic platforms
• Send and manage patient forms, documentation, and electronic records
• Process payments, complete check-out, and support front desk operations
• Monitor and document patient communication in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely care
• Travel between nearby clinic locations as needed

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional presence
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with technology, including electronic records and communication platforms
• Ability to problem-solve and remain calm in busy or urgent situations

Preferred

• Experience in a medical office, clinic, or customer-facing role
• Familiarity with scheduling systems or electronic health records

• Expected Hours: 36 to 45 per week

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
