Your main clinic will be in Eau Claire, but you will be expected to travel to all clinics.

Your Role:
As a Float Medical Assistant, you’ll be responsible for both clinical and administrative duties, helping ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and preparing patients for exams
- Recording medical histories and vital signs
- Assisting with procedures and administering medications (Immunizations and medication injections)
- Collecting lab samples and performing basic testing - Including blood draws
- Sterilizing equipment and maintaining clean treatment rooms
- Supporting providers and communicating clearly with patients
- Ability to travel to all clinic locations is required; candidates must have reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling.

Required Qualifications:
- Clinical Experience (rooming patients, taking vitals including EKGs, setting up procedures, and cleaning exam rooms)
- Phlebotomy experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant certification
