Part-Time CNA Nights (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM) 12-hour, 16-hour and weekend programs available
Provides prescribed personal care services for the residents, under the direction of the community nurse. Follows the established procedures and standards, to enable the residents to enjoy emotional and physical comfort in a safe and caring environment.
Qualifications:- Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple reports. Ability to effectively present information in on-on-one and small group situations to residents, family members, and other employees of the Home.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Must be enrolled in the State’s CNA Registry.
