Role Overview: As an instructor at Reformed Pilates, you’ll inspire clients through high-energy, engaging classes that follow the Reformed Pilates flow and method. Beyond initial training, you’ll commit to a six-month development journey, mastering all accessories and specializations to teach the full Reformed Pilates method. Progression and skill advancement are based on the number of classes you teach, ensuring hands-on experience and continuous growth. Your passion for fitness and client well-being will drive you to deliver exceptional experiences, build strong client relationships, and refine your skills as an instructor.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead a minimum of 9 hours per week of dynamic Pilates classes.
- Attend and complete a high-impact, 3-day Pilates Teacher Training (PTT) course followed by 2 weeks of hands-on development.
- Deliver top-notch classes, staying true to the Reformed Pilates method.
- Keep your CPR and first aid certifications up to date (required).
- Communicate regularly with studio staff and clients, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client experiences.
- A positive, can-do attitude with enthusiasm for teaching and motivating clients.
- A 'people-first' mindset, making sure every client feels valued.
- Sharp attention to detail, ensuring every class meets high standards.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and collaborating with your team.
- Experience: Previous experience in Pilates instruction or a related fitness field preferred.
- Education: Reformed Pilates PTT certification required, with knowledge of the Reformed Pilates method.
- Skills: Exceptional teaching abilities, keen attention to detail, and top-tier communication skills.
- Availability: Flexibility to teach classes according to studio schedules.
