What You’ll Do
- Co-lead all levels of training, including development sessions
- Prepare trainees for test-out through coaching and feedback
- Conduct class observations and provide actionable feedback
- Facilitate 1:1 practice sessions
- Teach 12-15 classes per week (:150 per quarter)
- Support new studio openings and presale efforts
- Participate in weekly team meetings and monthly EOS Impact Meetings with your Lead Trainer
- Passion for developing people
- High standards and excellence accountability
- Clear, kind, and direct communication
- Ownership mindset
- High-energy, positive presence
- Current or Past group Pilates fitness instructor
- Leadership or mentorship experience preferred
- Reformed Pilates PTT Certification required (training scheduled upon job offer)
- Strong teaching, leadership, and communication skills
- Flexible availability
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong instructor test-out success rates
- High class quality and consistency
- Successfully complete all levels of training at RP within 12 months

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
