What You'll Do
As a Retail Brand Specialist, you'll work directly with customers in a retail environment while representing nationally recognized brands.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers and providing excellent customer service
- Educating customers about products, services, pricing, and promotions
- Understanding customer needs and recommending solutions
- Supporting sales and customer acquisition efforts
- Processing customer transactions accurately
- Working toward individual and team goals
- Participating in ongoing training and coaching
- Developing sales, communication, marketing, and leadership skills
- Representing client brands with professionalism and integrity
