Position Overview
Reformed Marketing is seeking a motivated Promotional Event Associate to join our team in Portsmouth, VA. This entry-level position provides hands-on experience in promotional marketing, event coordination, customer engagement, sales support, lead generation, and brand representation. The ideal candidate is energetic, people-oriented, and eager to develop professional skills while representing client brands at promotional events and community outreach campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at promotional events, retail activations, and community outreach initiatives
- Engage with prospective customers and communicate product and service benefits
- Assist with lead generation and customer acquisition efforts
- Support event setup, execution, and breakdown for promotional campaigns
- Deliver product demonstrations and promotional presentations
- Build brand awareness through face-to-face customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer customer inquiries
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve campaign objectives and growth goals
- Track customer interactions and campaign performance metrics
- Participate in ongoing sales, marketing, and leadership development training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
