Responsibilities

• Sales Goal Achievement: Work toward and exceed sales goals through direct customer engagement, effective presentations, and professional closing techniques.
• Customer Engagement: Interact directly with customers, understand their needs, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Lead Generation: Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, outreach, and customer interactions.
• Client Representation: Represent Reformed Marketing and our clients with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first approach.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales leaders and team members to share insights, improve strategies, and contribute to overall team success.
• Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship designed to strengthen sales and communication skills.
