What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at Reform Physical Therapy?
NOW HIRING: Physical Therapist – Topsham, Maine
Student loan reimbursement sign-on bonus included
Reform Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist for our Topsham clinic, and if you’ve been waiting for a sign… this is it.
Let’s start with what you won’t be doing. You won’t be juggling three patients at once. You won’t be sprinting across the clinic trying to remember who’s on which exercise. And you won’t be staying late every night wondering how documentation somehow took over your life.
Here’s what you will be doing. Treating one patient at a time, for the full session, in a setup that actually makes sense. You’ll have the time to think, be hands-on, and give patients the kind of care that gets real results instead of quick fixes.
Topsham is one of our busiest clinics, which means you’ll never be bored, but you’ll still have a schedule that’s built to be manageable. The team is strong, supportive, and knows how to keep things light while still taking their work seriously. It’s the kind of place where you can laugh between patients and still feel proud of the care you’re delivering.
We focus on manual therapy and functional movement, and we give you the space to practice the way you were trained. The clinic itself is open, bright, and doesn’t feel like a crowded gym or a cold medical office. It’s a place where both patients and therapists feel comfortable walking in.
We’ve been voted Best of the 207 Gold for Best Physical Therapy Practice four years in a row, and that comes from teams like Topsham who show up, work hard, and actually care.
We’re looking for someone who knows their stuff, works well with a team, and doesn’t mind a little personality in the workplace. New grads and experienced therapists are both welcome.
Reform Physical Therapy is an Equal Opportunity Employer. To apply, please send your resume, cover letter, and salary requirements. If you’re ready to enjoy your job again and maybe even look forward to Mondays, Topsham is calling.
