Mid-Senior Front-End Developer

What You'll Need:

1. Be a citizen of the United States, be located or willing to relocate to Salt Lake City, UT and willing to work in the office 3 days a week (2 days being hybrid).
2. 3 years of front-end development experience.
3. A strong portfolio and GitHub attached to your application.
4. An expert in: TypeScript / Semantic HTML / CSS.
5. Good understanding of Git, source control procedures, and feature branching.
6. Extensive experience with React.
7. Experience integrating with third-party APIs.
8. Experience in responsive development.
9. Be comfortable talking to clients like they're your friends.
10. Able to work on more than one project at a time.
11. Able to lead and inspire your fellow teammates when leading a project.
12. BONUS: Experience with Next JS, Three JS, GSAP and Sanity CMS.

Your Journey at Reform:

FIRST WEEK

• Get trained on our internal tools.
• Learn about our current client-base and project status.
• Begin contributing to a project in a support role.
• Get familiar with our culture, the team and the day-to-day rhythm.

FIRST MONTH

• Begin leading a project and begin effectively communicating to clients.
• Become an expert in our project process.
• Present your designs or website builds for team feedback.
• Give feedback on designs or website builds.

FIRST 3 MONTHS

• Solidify your place as a respected and essential member of the team.
• Lead client calls and projects end-to-end.
• Celebrate your progress with a team outing.
