This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bronx, NY, for an Information Technology Field Technician. The IT Field Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing desktop computers, printers, and networks, as well as setting up and supporting computer infrastructure. The role includes resolving hardware and software issues and delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve IT-related issues efficiently
- Experience with Desktop Computers, including setup, maintenance, and repair
- Strong skills in Printer Support and resolving related connectivity or functional issues
- Expertise in Computer Repair, including hardware diagnostics and component replacements
- Understanding of computer networks, including setup, installation, and basic network troubleshooting
- Customer-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while ensuring timely resolution
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience); certifications like A , Network , or similar are a plus
