We’re looking for a smart, results-driven Paid Media Specialist who can build and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns that generate real, consistent results. You’ll take campaigns from idea → launch → reporting and own performance across accounts.

What You’ll Do:
- Build, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns that align with client goals
- Create and refine audiences, set up conversion tracking, and structure funnels that convert
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance weekly
- Collaborate with the creative team to align messaging, visuals, and strategy
- Troubleshoot low-performing campaigns and make data-backed recommendations
- Stay up to date on platform changes, targeting options, and best practices
- Occasionally collaborate directly with clients to translate their ideas into content that works
Who You Are:
- A data-driven marketer who loves experimenting, testing, and optimizing
- Experienced in Meta Ads (FB/IG) — this is the top requirement
- Someone who enjoys finding patterns in performance and improving results
- Collaborative and open to feedback, working well with editors, coaches, and creators
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once
- Someone who values both creativity and clear communication

Compensation & Growth:
- Starting Pay: $25/hour
- Hours: 15–25 per week (flexible, remote)
- Paid twice per month (1st & 15th)
- 90-day review with potential pay lift based on performance
- Opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role or full-time position as the company scales
