This is not a sit-behind-a-desk leadership job. You’ll be in the field, in the homes, and running the meetings—shaping individual sales reps into a team that delivers an outstanding customer experience and exceptional sales performance.

Your Impact

• Develop sales reps through coaching, role-play, and hands-on training
• Hold the team accountable for their results and actions
• Monitor performance and make real-time adjustments
• Run structured sales meetings and daily huddles
• Oversee new-hire training and ensure rapid skill development
• Ensure every customer receives a first-class experience

• Successful leader with a history of growing sales teams
• Confident running in-home presentations and closing deals yourself
• Strong communicator with the presence to command a room
• Organized, disciplined, and process-driven
• Comfortable with data, dashboards, KPIs, and performance management
