Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person and virtual sales training for both new and experienced team members
- Conduct ride-alongs to observe live presentations and provide real-time feedback
- Reinforce structured sales processes and ensure consistency across teams
- Facilitate workshops, role plays, and team development sessions
- Coach managers on leadership, performance management, and team development
- Host regional training events and sales tune-ups
- Track training impact through performance metrics and coaching logs
- Collaborate with regional leaders to identify training priorities and opportunities
Qualifications
- 5 years of in-home sales experience (flooring or home improvement preferred)
- 2 years of experience training, coaching, or leading sales teams
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to coach and provide feedback both in-person and remotely
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tracking tools
- Comfortable traveling frequently (up to 75%)
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
