Refloor is one of the fastest-growing flooring companies in the country, known for quality, service, and rapid expansion. We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist who’s responsive, organized, and confident communicating with customers in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll manage real-time customer communication across text and chat, support Sales and Operations, and help ensure every customer knows what’s next throughout their experience with Refloor.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer texts and chats
- Respond to live website chat inquiries in real time
- Route qualified opportunities to the Call Center
- Monitor conversations and escalate customer feedback or issues
- Support testing of new text and chat scripts
- Maintain professional, timely, and brand-aligned communication
What You Bring:
- Contact center, sales support, operations, or customer service experience
- Strong written communication and text/chat skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- CRM experience a plus (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Ability to work 11:30am–7:30pm, 5 days a week, including Sundays and Mondays
