Reflexive Concepts is looking for a talented professional to provide full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) support for the GATEKEEPER product, working with developers, QA, and DevOps to build and manage GATEKEEPER product installations for DoD customers.

Reflexive Concepts is looking for a talented professional to provide full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) support for the GATEKEEPER product, working with developers, QA, and DevOps to build and manage GATEKEEPER product installations for DoD customers.
Qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- An additional five (5) years of experience may be substituted for the degree, for a total of fifteen (15) years
- Must be able to work in a collaborative environment, with minimal supervision
- Support the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), collaborating with development and QA teams to assist with system testing, validation, and performance tuning in support of production readiness
- Ensure system compliance with security best practices and organizational standards
- Soft skills: excellent oral and written communication skills — able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts
- Knowledge of ICAM Capabilities and Integration
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and support procedures
- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, testers, and product owners to align system behavior with business and technical requirements
- Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines
- Implement and maintain system monitoring, logging, and alerting to proactively identify and resolve issues
- Familiarity with Cloud technologies and platforms
- AWS Foundational Level Certification
- RDS and relational database experience in the cloud
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- RDBMS experience (tuning, migration, optimization)
- Docker expertise, familiarity with Kubernetes a bonus
- Terraform, CloudFormation (CDK)
