Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team!
The System Administrator provides support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems; manages the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems; and provides Tier 1/Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution across client/server/storage/network and mobile devices.
Qualifications:
The System Administrator provides support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems; manages the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems; and provides Tier 1/Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution across client/server/storage/network and mobile devices.
Qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
- DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level I or higher
Required Skills:
- Experience with DevOps and AWS
- Configure and manage UNIX and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems; install/load OS software
- Troubleshoot, maintain integrity of, and configure network components; implement OS enhancements to improve reliability and performance
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
- Optimize system operations and resource utilization; perform system capacity analysis and planning
Clearance:
- TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph
