We are expanding into licensed entertainment IP activewear and building a creative team to support a diverse portfolio of global properties.We are seeking a Senior Activewear Designer with a strong bold, graphic, heroic visual language, someone who excels in dynamic compositions, action-forward character design, powerful silhouettes, and high-impact visual storytelling for entertainment brands. About the RoleThis role leads creative for entertainment properties whose visual style leans adventurous, high-energy, graphic, and iconic. You will design artwork that emphasizes strength, motion, attitude, and bold character presence; graphics well-suited to performance apparel and activewear silhouettes.You will work closely with our Creative Director and Licensing Coordinator, designing into structured style-guide ecosystems for globally recognized entertainment franchises with action-driven aesthetics. What You’ll DoLead design direction for bold, graphic, heroic entertainment IP within our activewear categoryCreate dynamic character graphics, powerful silhouettes, emblematic icons, and action-driven compositionsDevelop placement graphics, engineered art, typographic treatments, and tech-inspired motifsTranslate style-guide rules, character proportions, posing guidelines, and visual tone frameworks into commercially strong designsBuild cohesive themed capsule collections around characters, symbols, and story arcsPrepare production-ready artwork for licensor submissions with proper callouts and notesPartner with the Licensing Coordinator on multi-round approvals, ensuring precise complianceCollaborate with production, fit, and development teams using existing activewear silhouettesMentor and guide a junior graphic artist supporting the heroic/graphic laneBalance fan-driven authenticity with retail-forward graphic direction Who You AreA designer whose natural aesthetic is bold, graphic, heroic, iconic, and energeticExcellent with strong poses, dynamic movement, powerful silhouettes, and graphic clarityHighly skilled in vector-based design, emblem/icon creation, and graphic compositionStrong typographic instincts, particularly with heroic or tech-style type systemsExperienced designing for apparel, ideally activewear or performance categoriesComfortable working within structured entertainment licensor approval systemsProficient in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop; strong vector skills requiredOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex revision cyclesEnergized by fast-paced creative environments and multi-step feedback workflowsExperience with global entertainment licensors or action-oriented IP is strongly preferred.
